About Christ Gospel Church
Our History
Our church was founded in 1984 by the late Bishop Seth Akyea along with his wife, Mrs. Margaret Akyea, and a group of dedicated Christians who wanted to create a welcoming space for all people. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community that serves our members and our city. In 2023, the Rev. Dr. Christin L-Gobio was named the Senior Pastor of Christ Gospel Church, where he leads with his wife, Reverend Lady Hawanatu L-Gobio.
Our Mission
Christ Gospel Church is a spirit-filled, Bible based ministry that embarks on preaching the gospel to all nations, winning souls for Christ, and making disciples of the Lord Jesus. As believers of Christ, we are commissioned to training and equipping all believers of Christ for the kingdom. Mark 16:15
